Main activities
* identify client needs, evaluate existing systems and processes, determine how new systems can increase operational efficiency and performance;
* design systems, create technical solutions, analyze and prepare technical documentation, test systems, ensure their reliability and efficiency;
* manage projects and coordinate project teams, prepare project plans, and ensure that projects proceed on time and meet client requirements;
* make decisions that affect project success, select appropriate solutions and resolve problems that arise during projects;
* prepare technical documentation, reports, and statements so that clients and project team members can learn about project progress and requirements.
