311111 - Metrologist controller

Applies his practical knowledge about metrology to calibrate measuring devices, test equipment and analyze their operational properties. Monitors and ensures that the evaluated equipment meets the requirements of precision, performance and accuracy. Prepares his activity reports and advises on technical issues related to measuring instruments.

Main activities

* design and create new control systems, test used systems, oversee and modify them;
* analyze data, provide reports, maintain relations with clients, suppliers, contractors and representatives of institutions;
* manage projects, plan their expenses and time, identify failures in controlled equipment and solve problems;
* ensure safety requirements, advise company managers and other technical staff;
* participate and recommend when purchasing new equipment, develop computer software and test it.
