Prepares the choir/ensemble for concerts, competitions, festivals, and song festivals. Leads choir/vocal ensemble rehearsals and raises the ensemble's artistic level. Develops an annual activity plan.


Main activities

* regularly and intensively study to improve their musical skills, acquire new techniques, and deepen their musical understanding;
* lead the orchestra during rehearsals, ensuring that each orchestra member performs their part to the best of their ability, manage rehearsals, and prepare the orchestra and choir for concerts;
* maintain communication with the conductor, help determine the tempo, and perform an important solo part;
* prepare orchestra scores, are responsible for technical requirements, event organization, and orchestra financing;
* ensure that the necessary musical instruments and scores are prepared for orchestra and choir rehearsals and concerts.

* communicate and work with other music specialists, such as singers, instrumentalists, etc.;
* understand musical theory, harmony, and musical forms;
* analyze music quality;
