Coordinates all company training activities and development programs. Develops and refines new training modules and supervises activities related to planning and implementation of these programs. Organizes professional training and upgrading of managers and specialists. Forms prospective and current personnel training and qualification improvement plans. Takes care of employee qualification improvement within the company.
