Provides consultations and recommendations to managers on quality improvement issues, improves existing and implements new quality control processes and effectively manages them, prepares instructions, coordinates decisions with managers, prepares reports, ensures the protection and confidentiality of data used in their activities so that third parties do not have access to it to get to know and use, informs managers about occurred or suspected violations.
Main activities
• conducts analysis of non-conformities, investigates the causes, prepares reports and makes suggestions on prevention issues;
• manages quality system implementation and certification processes;
• ensures the protection and confidentiality of data used in the activity, informs the managers about the occurred or suspected violations;
• coordinates the decisions made with the manager and other interested departments of the institution;
• ensures the appropriate quality of prepared documents, performed works and their results, collects, organizes and analyzes documents, information and solves the problems that arise.
