A business analyst examines the strategic position of companies in relation to markets and stakeholders. They analyze and advise on how a company can improve its strategic position and internal organizational structure in various aspects. They evaluate the needs for change, communication methods, technologies, IT tools, new standards, and certification requirements.


Main activities

* analyze company business goals and their implementation strategies, evaluate the execution of plans, check loan repayments or investment returns, consult on tax planning issues;
* examine internal factors affecting the company's operations;
* analyze business information and consult managers when making decisions affecting the company's prospective performance;
* collect data and information, analyze documents, identify unforeseen needs for company development. Determine organizational needs related to employees, equipment, and performance improvement;
* assess needs and anticipate measures and possible technological ways of using them. Adjust and adapt the environment to personal needs.
