The extended learning day group educator works with students after lessons. When the lessons are over, they gather the entire group, organize lunch and a walk. During the walk, they organize various sports events, excursions, and games. They strive to make it interesting for the children and ensure they rest well before independent work.
Main activities
* take care of children's basic needs and helps or supervise them while they engage in certain activities;
* participate in age-appropriate activities for children: play games, prepare homework;
* contribute to individuals' learning, well-being, and social inclusion, paying much attention to increasing independence;
* identify and assess students' abilities and needs;
* monitor children's achievements and behavior, discussing developmental and behavioral issues with parents as they arise.
