Systematically observes and evaluates the child's abilities, social and cultural competence, records the child's achievements in various ways. Organizes a pedagogical process focused on the child's individual educational needs, preschool education goals and tasks. Creates a functional, dynamic, psychologically and physically safe educational environment.

Main activities

• prepares lesson plans according to the established educational program;
• organizes activities aimed at developing children's movement, cooperation and social skills, developing confidence and understanding;
• monitors children's progress, helps individually if necessary and evaluates children's knowledge and results;
• supervises the children in the classroom and on the territory of the kindergarten, ensures that the established rules of safety and behavior are followed;
• leads children's activities that provide opportunities for creative expression through art, drama, music and physical fitness.
