Main activities
* assess patients' nutritional needs and perform individual nutrition analysis;
* consult patients on proper nutrition, based on their health status, goals and preferences;
* create personalized nutrition programs, taking into account specific needs and food restrictions;
* coordinate nutrition and food plans, cooperate with medical staff and other health care specialists;
* monitor patients' continuous nutrition, review results and update nutrition plans.
