These are other construction managers who are not listed in subgroup 1323 „Construction managers“ and who plan, coordinate the preparation of civil construction projects, building and housing construction, and lead them as department heads or as directors in a company or organization with no hierarchical structure of managers.
Main activities
* lead construction work and coordinates the activities of directly subordinate employees;
* participate in negotiations with building owners, architects, designers, and subcontractors;
* prepare commercial proposals and applications for contract negotiations;
* coordinate public procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies;
* create and manage the activity budget and ensure expense control, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget;
* organize inspections of buildings by relevant services and monitor compliance with laws, regulatory technical requirements for construction, safety standards, and other legal acts related to building construction.
