Responsible for organizing, executing and ensuring that all types of construction projects are completed on time, safely and to quality standards. Manages and organizes complex processes, solves technical, organizational and tactical problems.

• plans, organizes and manages construction projects;
• collects and coordinates the necessary resources, including human labor and materials; 
• ensures that all construction works are performed in accordance with safety and quality requirements; 
• monitors the work progress, identifies problems and changes the project implementation plan; 
•communicates with clients and other interested persons.
