These are other manufacturing area managers who are not listed in subgroup 1322 „Manufacturing managers“ and who plan, coordinate, and organize production activities, are responsible for the quality and technical maintenance related to production, and lead IT as division managers or managers of small businesses.

Main activities

* lead the development and implementation of production strategies, policies, and plans;
* plan production activities related to product quality and quantity, cost, adherence to deadlines, and labor requirements;
* ensure product quality and performs control of the operation and quality procedures of production equipment;
* prepare and manage the operational budget, ensuring expense control;
* consult with other production managers and oversee the production data and reporting control;
* perform supervision of specialized product manufacturing quotas and contracts with customers and suppliers;
* lead employees and ensure compliance with occupational safety and fire safety requirements.
