Main activities

• plans and organizes the company's human resources and recruitment processes, determines the company's personnel needs and predicts employment trends; 
• makes personnel plans, predicts workforce needs, prepares job advertisements, manages personnel selection, accepting new employees; 
• resolves personnel management challenges and conflicts and ensures the preservation of a good working environment; 
• carries out company personnel recruitment processes, seeks to increase effective work organization and personnel productivity; 
•coordinates employee training and development programs.
